Some folks are so inexplicably gifted that whatever they touch becomes gold. Farlon Lyte, who was featured here a couple of years back, belongs to this rare category. You might argue with my assertion but I’m certain you’ll agree with me on her undeniable talent and masterful use of her voice.
That explains my excitement in announcing the recent release of her double; “He’s Got It All Planned” and “Like A Million Stars”.
“He’s Got It All Planned” was one of the highlights of the 2017 International Haven Convention in Lagos, where she ministered with such power. It was my first time of hearing the song but it sounded uncannily familiar and many in the audience easily took to the riveting chorus.
“Like A Million Stars” tells the moving story of the love of Jesus and the value He places on us. She sings; “I’ve made you for my glory, see it… you’re beautiful, beautiful, you’re beautiful. Like a million stars my love is unconditional”.
Forlon’s lyrics are rich and potent while her superb delivery ensures she leaves you with moments to treasure.
